Trying out the new short form that all the kids are doing.
11.9 miles today to Lake Merritt in an estimated 1:33. The run started off slowly while I listened to This American Life podcast, and picked up dramatically after an hour when the music came on (Avail, then the Mountain Goats). Aiming for 120 miles this month.
